The room was very extremely spacious and bright with a nice bathroom. The location close to sea front was super. The staff was friendly, nice with every request.

The rooms were bright and spacious, had a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets in the bathroom. It was just next door to all attractions in region and Skegness, comfortable location overall.

Fabulous base for discovering Skegness. Spotlessly clean and reasonably large room, as well as very very nice staff. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Good location for Skegness, so close to the beach, arcades and amusement as well as pleasure island, bars and restaurants, and all attractions in region. Besides, excellent for visiting Natureland Seal Sanctuary.

The location was good and absolutely perfect for exploring this residential area, very close to the beach, and the sea front. Plus, the hotel was situated just a short stroll away from a broad beach. Thoroughly enjoyed the budget double room, felt like we were home.

There were iron/ironing board, coffee/tea makers, and TV in the rooms, which made them spotless. Beds were very comfy. The location was lovely, right at old town. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Park Avenue bus stop.

I would say it's lovely place for staying and exploring Skegness. The room is reasonably large and airy and includes a spotlessly clean bathroom. The location is lovely, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a broad beach. Thanks for providing me with a fine stay.

It was a nice little hotel in a fairly quiet area, short walk to bars, the attraction and beach and Skegness. The location of the property was marvellous - relatively near Skegness Pier. I spent 4 nights here and enjoyed that.
